Delivery / Shipping

1) Stock
All coops are normally in stock (we keep an average stock of approx. 3,000 coops). Very occasionally, a stock shortage may occur (especially during the busy spring/summer season), either with us or at the manufacturer. You will be immediately notified with the necessary information. In most cases, delivery is still possible within 5 business days.

2) Delivery

Ordered before 3 PM, shipped the same day

2a) Kit and payment received (24-48h)

Coops in kit form for which payment has been received will be delivered within 24-48 hours in 99% of cases. You will be notified by email (with track & trace code). On the day of delivery, you will also receive an email with an estimated delivery time.

2b) Assembled and payment received (24-72h)

Coops that need to be assembled and for which payment has been received will be delivered within 24-72 hours in 99% of cases. You will be notified by email (with track & trace code). On the day of delivery, you will also receive an email with an estimated delivery time.

Prices shown on the "green buttons" for coops always include delivery to one address in Belgium or the Netherlands. For accessories, shipping costs are charged separately, but free from €100 order value.

Deliveries to the Wadden Islands are on request.

3) Returns
You always have 14 days to return a product (except custom-made items). You must first notify us by post or email.
